Do you have a catalog that can
be mailed to me via the US Postal System? We do not have a printed catalog as it would be outdated by the time
it arrived. Our products change constantly and by the time you received
it, the products could be sold out.
How do I order more than 1 (one)
of an item? To order more than one item is really simple; select the item you
want, and enter the quantity that you want - but remember they are
case quantities.
Or if you have your "View
Cart" page up and decide to order more of an item, then just follow
the instructions on the page to add an item. When you change the
quantity, highlight the current quantity number in the little window,
type in your new quantity number, and then "push" the "Update
Cart" button and your sub total will automatically update.

Why is something not available after I saw it on your
site and placed my order? There are various reasons why some items are not available after you
order:
We are a close-out company, and if someone places
an order ahead of you, the item could be "out" by the
time your order is placed. We try to keep our web-site up to
date, but sometimes this happens.
We may only have a limited supply left and someone
ahead of you ordered the remaining stock.
You may have a page book marked or marked as a favorite,
which is stored on your hard drive and Not from the website
which is Not updated as it would be if taken directly from the links
on our home page.
Your credit card might have insufficient funds.
By the time we contact you and get another card number, the item can
sell out.
Why
haven't I received my order when I thought it should be delivered?

your order
There are a few reasons why this could happen:
Delays do occur in shipping, so wait one more day.
If there is a weekend involved, wait till your delivery time on Monday
and see if the items arrive.
You will receive an e-mail with your FedEx tracking number.
After you receive an order you have 7 days to look it over. If you are not
satisfied with your order please contact us before making any returns. We
will attempt to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. In the case of a return
you will need to send the order back in new condition. Returns must be insured and shipped at YOUR cost. We
are not responsible for returns not received. We strongly suggest that you
ship returns via UPS as they provide a tracking number free of charge. Claims
for orders damaged in shipment must be filed with the carrier. If we make
a mistake with your order let us know and we will issue a call tag (return
pick-up), credit your account, or do what we can to make you happy.

stands for Suggested Retail Price and that is what is the manufacturer's
suggested price when sold at retail.
Size shows the quantity of
items per case.
Some times it looks like the page
is not all there, or comes up empty, some times you may get an error
message, what do you do?
Wait a few minutes and see if it loads, if not or there is an error,
then Refresh the page or Reload it. Sometimes by using your Back
Button, and then clicking the link again, it might clear itself.
